Adele Gross
Adele Groß , married Adele Jonas (born April 28, 1853 in Vienna , † after 1902 ) was an Austrian theater actress .
Life
She began her stage career in Laibach in 1869 as "Frou-Frou", then came to Prague (1870), to the Theater an der Wien (1872), Wallner Theater (Berlin, 1873), then to the Germaniatheater in New York (1880 bis 1882), took part in a tour (with Friedrich Haase and Franziska Ellmenreich ) across America and then withdrew completely from the stage. She embodied lively lovers and comedy soubrettes with great success.
She was married to her fellow actor Richard John .
Her further life is unknown.
