Adelheidstrasse 30 (Quedlinburg)
The house Adelheidstrasse 30 is a listed villa in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1906 by the architect C. Lorenz and is listed in the Quedlinburg monument register. Elements of past style epochs and in particular the Quedlinburg timber-frame tradition are cited in a historicist manner. However, the design also suggests the forms of Art Nouveau .
In the yard of the property there is a carriage house that takes up the design of the main house. The same applies to the garden and the partially preserved original property fence.
