Adem Güven (born October 11, 1985 in Kulu ) is a Norwegian - Turkish football player .
Career
Güven came to the small town of Kulu in Central Anatolia and moved to Norway with his family when he was a child . Here he learned to play soccer a. A. in the youth department of Kolstad IL . He started his professional career in 2002 at Raufoss IL . After five years he left Raufoss and played successively for Kongsvinger IL and Odd Grenland .
In the summer of 2013 he moved to the Turkish TFF 1st Lig for first division relegated Mersin İdman Yurdu . Since he has both Norwegian and Turkish citizenship, he will be able to play as a local player and thus burden his club's foreign contingent. With this club he achieved the play-off victory of the TFF 1st Lig in the summer of 2014 and thus promotion to the Süper Lig .
After he had only played three competitive matches in a first division season at Mersin İY, he left it again on the last day of the summer transfer period.
