Adolf Stahl (* around 1874; † around 1915/1916) was a German architect and municipal building officer . He was a town planning inspector in Szczecin and a town planning officer in Poznan .

Life

Adolf Stahl probably came from the Neustettin district in Pomerania . He was possibly Adolph Stahl , who enrolled at the Munich Art Academy in 1893 .

Since 1908 at the latest, he has been a city planning inspector in Stettin. There he designed the garrison church in reform architecture as the first public building in Germany with steel fiber concrete .

In 1914 he became a city planner in Poznan. From there, designs for several school buildings and monument designs up to 1915 are known.

Adolf Stahl died in the First World War , probably as a soldier, “in the full strength of his artistic work”.
