Adolf Wünstel

Adolf Wünstel (born June 10, 1892 in Hatzenbühl ; † June 3, 1974 there ) was a German farmer and politician ( BVP , CDP / CDU ).

Life

Wünstel did military service in the First World War and worked as a farmer. Later he took over the family business.

Before 1933 he was a member of the Bavarian People's Party and was mayor of Hatzenbühl from 1932 to 1933. In the time of National Socialism he could not continue his political activity. After the Second World War he was a co-founder of the CDU in the Germersheim district. In 1946 he was again mayor of Hatzenbühl and was a member of the district council or first district deputy until 1969. In 1946 he was a member of the National Advisory Assembly .

In 1932 he became a member of the board of the Palatinate Raiffeisen Association. He was honorary chairman of the supervisory board of the Raiffeisen-Hauptgenossenschaft Rheinpfalz, member of the supervisory board of the Raiffeisen and Bauerndienst in Wiesbaden, co-founder of the Palatinate farmers and winegrowers and the association of former Palatinate agricultural students.
