Adolf Winkelmann (born March 31, 1875 in Amelsbüren (House Köbbing); † April 2, 1951 in Albersloh ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer , landowner and district administrator .

After the leaving certificate at the school Brilon Adolf Winkelmann studied at the universities of Munich , Bonn , Berlin , Kiel and Halle / Saale law and laid on 10 November 1900, the examination for the Court clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Naumburg "sufficient" from. Due to the downsizing ordinance of February 8, 1924, he was initially placed in temporary retirement on June 1, 1924 and finally retired on October 11, 1933. He did his military service as a one-year volunteer with the 2nd Westphalian Field Artillery Regiment No. 22 in Munster, where he was lieutenant of the reserve and, most recently, captain of the reserve at the field artillery school.
