Adolf von Hübbenet
Adolf von Hübbenet ( 1858 - February 17, 1903 in Koblenz ) was a German opera singer ( tenor ).
Life
On July 26, 1882, he was one of the four miners at the Bayreuth Festival in the world premiere of Parsifal by Richard Wagner .
Hübbenet was then engaged at the Hoftheater Hannover from 1882 to 1890 , from 1890 to 1892 at the Hoftheater in Kassel, from 1893 to 1895 at the City Theater in Stettin, then again for two years at the Hoftheater in Kassel and from 1898 at the City Theater in Düsseldorf. In 1901 the artist went to America to comply with a request to the Metropolitan Opera . He died in Koblenz in 1903.
He was married to Josefine Siebers , also an opera singer.
