Adolph and Fritz Brunner was a Zurich architectural office of historicism that existed from 1865 to 1886. It was run jointly by the brothers Adolph (1837–1909) and Fritz (1839–1886).

The brothers, sons of a master carpenter from Riesbach , went through an almost parallel school and professional training with a time lag. In addition to the neo-renaissance character of Semper , their buildings are mainly characterized by the French academic tradition, which influenced them with Hans Rychner and especially Émile Boeswillwald .

The office was one of the busiest architecture firms in Zurich at the time and had its regional focus in Zurich, Bern and Zug. In addition to villas, it was also involved in the expansion of the lower Bahnhofstrasse , the new construction of the Kratzquartier in Zurich, with a number of commercial buildings during the major construction period , including the closed block developments of the Kappelerhof and the Zentralhof .
