Rectory in Mindelau

The rectory in Mindelau , a district of the district town of Mindelheim in the Unterallgäu district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in the late 18th century. The core of the building is likely to be of an older date. It is located north of the Church of St. James the Elder and is a listed building.

The two-story parish house has five to four window axes and is equipped with a gable roof covered. The entrance to the building is on the southern long side in the broad central axis. A profiled eaves cornice runs beneath the gable roof . There is a round arch screen between rectangular windows in the west gable, and above it an oval window in the top of the gable. The latter is surrounded by stucco laurel garlands in the upper half . The economic part with a gable roof is attached to the east side of the building.
