The rectory in Haselbach , a district of the Eppishausen community in the Unterallgäu district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was erected in place of a previous building in 1795/1796. The building is a historical monument.

history

The existing building was erected in 1795/1796 on the site of a previous building from 1613. The new building in the late 18th century was carried out by the master mason Anton Meßnang from Kirchheim in Swabia , the master carpenter Johann Vetter and the carpenter Gottfried Endres from Haselbach .

Building description

The building, which is covered with a gable roof, consists of five axes on the main front on the west side and four axes on the south side. The main front, with a modern entrance door and staircase , is structured by pilaster strips at the corners and on both sides of the central axis. A thin, profiled eaves cornice runs above the pilaster strips . An oval relief coat of arms of Fugger-Kirchheim is attached above the entrance door. This comes from the first half of the 18th century. Beside the corners of the south side there are also pilaster strips around which the belt and gable cornice are cranked. There is an intermediate cornice on the gable itself. On the opposite north side there is only one pilaster next to the western corner. The east side of the building is unadorned. The pillars of the collar beam roof have profiled head pieces with notches.
