Adriana Popescu (* 1980 in Munich ) is a German author .

Adriana Popescu was born in Munich in 1980 . Initially she worked as a scriptwriter for German television (including, FABRIXX , In aller Freundes ), as a freelance writer for various newspapers and as a city blogger .
In 2012, her debut novel, Accidentally In Love, was initially published as an e-book , before Piper Verlag secured the rights to the paperback edition, which was published in a revised version in 2014. This was followed by her book Five Days of Love , later the two-part book Favorite Moments and Favorite Feels, which was also published by Piper Verlag. In 2015, the cbj- Verlag published their first youth book Ein Sommer und Vier Tage , which was followed by a number of other youth novels.
In August 2019 she returned to Piper Verlag with Golden Times in her luggage .
Popescu also wrote under the pseudonym Carrie Price , under which she wrote the New York Diaries series, which was published by Droemer Knaur Verlag, in collaboration with fellow writer Anne Freytag . Other pseudonyms of the author are Adriana Jakob and Mia Newman .
The author lives in Stuttgart .
