Aeromist-Kharkiv (also called Aeromost-Kharkiv ) was a Ukrainian airline based in Kharkiv that offered scheduled, charter and cargo flights.
history
The airline was founded on June 6, 2002 and was the first Eastern European airline to operate the new Antonov An-140 .

Incidents
On December 23, 2002 at 11:15 a.m. local time, the Antonov An-140 with the aircraft registration number UR-14003 took off from Sokolniki Airfield near Kharkiv in the direction of Isfahan , Iran with a planned stopover in Trabzon , Turkey . During the approach to Isfahan, the machine collided with a mountain and crashed. At the time of the crash, visibility was poor with thick fog in this area. The aircraft was delivered to the company on November 30, 2002 and completed only 27 landings and 71 flight hours.
