The building Agatha Road 40 is located in Düren district Derichsweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The courtyard was built in the 17th century.

The two-story main house has a hipped roof . The gate entrance is built over. The main house was on the ground floor of rubble and upstairs brick masonry. The window openings with wooden jambs and original shutters . Inside, the original floor plan with a spiral staircase has been preserved. The house was originally part of a three-part courtyard.

The building is registered under No. 7/006 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
