Agaue (Amazon)
Agaue ( ancient Greek Ἀγαύη "the venerable") is an Amazon of Greek mythology .
Her name has only come down to us in the list of Amazons in Hyginus Mythographus . Next to her the Amazons Okyale , Dioxippe , Iphinome , Xanthe , Hippothoe , Otrere , Antioche , Laomache , Glauke , Theseis , Hippolyte , Klymene , Polydora and Penthesilea are listed.
