Agustín González (actor)
Agustín González Martínez (born March 24, 1930 in Madrid , † January 16, 2005 there ) was a Spanish actor.
González was one of the most popular actors in the country and at times the busiest actor in Spain. He played in over 180 films, but never got a leading role, but only played in supporting roles.
Well-known directors such as Juan Antonio Bardem , Mario Camus , Fernando Fernán Gómez , Eloy de la Iglesia , Pilar Miró , Carlos Saura and Fernando Trueba filmed with González. In addition to his film roles, he also appeared in numerous television productions and played theater.
Agustín González died of pneumonia .
