Agustín Gutiérrez , full name Miguel Agustín Gutiérrez de León , (born February 11, 1992 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.73 meter tall midfield or offensive player Gutiérrez comes from the Montevidean Barrio Malvín Norte . As a four-year-old he started playing football in the so-called baby fútbol with Euskalerría, the team in his residential area "Complejo Habitacional Euskalerría" . At the age of 13 he joined the youth department of Club Atlético Peñarol . He started his professional career at least in 2011 and 2012 in the ranks of the Brazilian club Caxias . 2011 he played there a league match in Série C . He didn't score a goal. In the second half of November 2012 he moved to Uruguay for Racing . With the Montevideans he ran twelve times in the Primera División in the remainder of the 2012/13 season and scored two goals. In the 2013/14 season, 27 additional premier league appearances followed with five personal goals. In the 2014/15 season he was used 15 times (five goals) in the top Uruguayan league. On August 17, 2014, he managed to score four goals in the game against the reigning Uruguayan champions Danubio FC within a quarter of an hour. In the first days of January 2016 he moved to the Argentine club Club Atlético Talleres , for which he played eleven games (no goal) in the Primera B Nacional and three matches (no goal) in the Copa Argentina . In early July 2016, he joined Mineros de Zacatecas and then played six league games (no goal) and four games (three goals) in the Copa México for the Mexicans. River Plate Montevideo signed him in January 2017 . So far (as of August 7, 2017) he has been used in 18 first division matches (two goals) in the current 2017 season.
