Aida salad

Aida salad (French. Salade Aïda ) is a mixed salad , the one half of curly endive , to the other from strips of peeled tomatoes , raw peeled green pepper slices , discs of Weißei and thin slices or strips of artichoke bottoms is. He is a vinegar marinade turned on. Hard-boiled egg yolk or chopped egg is placed over the salad through a coarse sieve .
