Elnaz Kompanizare (* 1989 ) is an Iranian hurdler who specializes in the 100 meter distance .

Athletic career

Elnaz Kompanizare gained his first international experience in 2010 at the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran , where she won the bronze medal behind Wong Wing Sum from Hong Kong and her compatriot Somayyeh Mehrban in the 60 meter hurdles in 9.49 s . Two years later she was eliminated from the Asian Indoor Championships in Hangzhou with 9.15 s in advance. In 2016 she finished sixth over the hurdles in 8.82 seconds at the Asian Indoor Championships in Doha and won the silver medal behind the team from Bahrain in 4: 06.51 minutes in the Iranian 4 x 400 meter relay. Two years later, she won the silver medal over the hurdles behind Kazakh Aigerim Schynasbekowa at the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran in a new national record of 8.46 seconds . In 2019 she took part in the Open Air Asian Championships in Doha for the first time and was eliminated there with 14.12 seconds in the first round.

In 2018 and 2019 Kompanizare became Iranian champion in the 100-meter hurdles.
