Aidan Wilson (born January 2, 1999 in Helensburgh ) is a Scottish football player who plays for the Glasgow Rangers .

Career

Aidan Wilson was born in 1999 in the Scottish city of Helensburgh. He began his career in his hometown at the Ardencaple Boys Club . In 2007 he came to Rangers FC in the metropolis of Glasgow, about 40 km away . On May 9, 2017, he signed his first professional contract with Rangers . Eight days later, 18-year-old Wilson made his professional debut under manager Pedro Caixinha on the penultimate matchday of the 2016/17 season against FC Aberdeen . On the last day of the match he was used again against FC St. Johnstone . He was in the starting line-up in both games.

In 2014, Wilson played a game for the Scotland U-16s against Northern Ireland .
