Aimé Gibaud
Aimé "Amédée" Gibaud (born March 5, 1885 in Rochefort , † August 18, 1957 ibid) was a French chess player.
Gibaud, who worked for the Post , won the French championship in 1928, 1930, 1935 and 1940. He also played correspondence chess and won the French correspondence chess championship three times. Gibaud represented France at the unofficial Chess Olympiads in 1924 in Paris and 1936 in Munich .
