Akito Fukumori ( Japanese 福森 晃 斗 , born December 16, 1992 in Fujisawa , Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Akito Fukumori learned to play football on the school team at Toko Gakuen High School . He signed his first professional contract with Kawasaki Frontale in 2011 . The club from Kawasaki , a city on the Japanese main island of Honshu in the northeast of Kanagawa Prefecture , played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . The season 2015 and 2016 he was in the in the second division, the J2 League , playing Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo borrowed. With the club from Sapporo , he became champions of the second division at the end of 2016 and rose to the first division. After the loan ended, he was signed by Sapporo in early 2017. In 2019 he was in the final of the J.League Cup with Sapporo , but the club lost on penalties to the first division club Kawasaki Frontale.
