Akyokuş is a village in the district Ömerli the Turkish province of Mardin . Akyokuş is located about 49 km northeast of the provincial capital Mardin and 24 km east of Ömerli. Akyokuş had 82 inhabitants according to the last census (as of December 2009). The Arabic name is recorded in the land register in the form Hirbakermit.
