Alain Marc

Alain Marc (born January 29, 1957 in Paris ) is a French politician . He has been a member of the National Assembly since 2007 .

Born in Paris, Marc grew up in the Aveyron department in the south of France . After studying in Montpellier , he worked as a teacher. In 1994 he moved to the General Council of the Aveyron Department and in 2004 to the Regional Council of the Midi-Pyrénées region . He also sat on the council of the small community of Ayssènes for three years . Marc, who had been deputy to the MP Jacques Godfrain in the third constituency of Aveyron since 2002 , he represented this constituency himself from 2007 onwards. In 2012 he was re-elected.
