Alan John Dean (born January 20, 1950 in Aldershot ) is a former English football player .

Career

Dean made his debut for FC Aldershot in the Football League Fourth Division in April 1967 at the age of 17 in a goalless draw with York City . He replaced the injured Richard Walden in the team. The following season, the defensive player again played two more games in April, when the team was again unbeaten in home games against Doncaster Rovers (2-1) and AFC Newport County (0-0). There are no other football career stations. Dean subsequently earned his living as the owner of a craft business for the installation of windows and doors.
