Alan Lillington

Alan Lillington ( Alan William Lillington; born September 4, 1932 in South Shields ) is a former British sprinter .

In 1952 he reached the quarter-finals at the Olympic Games in Helsinki over 100 m .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 , he was eliminated over 100 yards in advance and came fourth with the English 4-by-110-yard relay.

He set his personal best over 100 yards of 9.9 s in 1952.
