Architecture and history

The two-and-a-half-storey villa was built in the style of an Italianizing Neo-Baroque in the period before 1889, possibly according to plans by the architect Max Schneck . The facade, made of yellow clinker bricks, is structured by cornices . The windows on the upper floor are framed by columns. Junctions are designed in an antique shape.

A three-storey part of the factory made of natural stone adjoins the villa, the windows of which are framed by bricks.

The building is currently (as of 2012) in need of renovation. However, parts of the surrounding factory buildings are in use.
