Albert Decaris (born May 6, 1901 in Sotteville-lès-Rouen , Département Seine-Maritime , † January 1, 1988 in Paris ) was a French painter , decorator and engraver who often worked with watercolor or ink. He won the Prix ​​de Rome at the age of 19 and became a member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts in 1943 .
