Albert Schlicklin

Albert Schlicklin , also Cố Chính Linh , (* 1857 in Liebsdorf ; † 1932 in Hanoi ) was an Alsatian Catholic priest in Vietnam who translated the Bible from Latin into Vietnamese . Its translation (1916) remains the basis of the official Catholic version today.
