Alberto Doria

Alberto Doria (born July 21, 1901 in Florence , † May 31, 1944 in Bologna ) was an Italian screenwriter and film director .

Life

Doria holds a degree in political science and has spent some time outside of his home country. In Italy he was assistant director for Mario Bonnard , Mario Camerini and Alberto Lattuada and worked as a screenwriter ; in 1941 he directed his only film, Il ponte sull'infinito , with his wife Bianca Doria in the lead role.

Doria died in a traffic accident.
