Alberto Gómez Franzutti (born March 12, 1950 in Rosario , Santa Fe ), also known by the nickname Hijitus , is a former Argentine soccer player who played in midfield and attack .

career

Gómez began his professional career in 1968 with his hometown club Rosario Central , with which he won the Argentine football championship in 1971 .

In early 1972 he moved to the Mexican league , where he was under contract with Cruz Azul for much of the 1970s and won the championship title with the Cementeros three times in a row right at the start .

In the second half of the 1970s, Gómez played on loan, first for Atlético Potosino and then for Coyotes Neza before returning to his homeland. There he ended his active career in ranks of the CA Platense .
