Alberto Vojtěch Frič
Alberto Vojtěch Frič (born September 8, 1882 in Prague ; † December 4, 1944 there ) was a Czech collector of cacti and plants . Its official botanical author's abbreviation is " Frič ".
He made several trips to cactus areas and collected among others for Kakteen-Haage from Erfurt . His rediscovery of Astrophytum asterias , the sea urchin cactus , is remarkable .
