Albrecht Spengler
Albrecht Spengler (born March 11, 1912 ; † November 30, 1967 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .
Life
Albrecht Spengler, who holds a doctorate in law, joined the civil chamber of the Düsseldorf Regional Court responsible for commercial legal protection at the end of the 1930s as a regional judge . From April 13, 1959, he worked as a federal judge at the Federal Court of Justice, of which he was a member until November 30, 1967. Most recently he was a member of the Ia Civil Senate (now the Xth Civil Senate ).
