Aldo Florio
Aldo Florio (born January 3, 1925 in Sora , † December 18, 2016 in Rome ) was an Italian screenwriter and film director .
Life
Florio entered the cinema scene as an assistant screenwriter in 1949 and then worked as an assistant director. In 1952 he produced the mediocre La trappola di fuoco . Up until his directorial debut in 1966, he assisted a few more times, and was then responsible for handcrafted consumer goods based on his own scripts. His most demanding work, Una vita venduta , could not be seen in the German-speaking area. In it he told the psychological story of an Italian volunteer in the Spanish Civil War .
