Alex B. meets John P. (AMJ) is a German music producer duo. Behind the dance project is the successful producer team Alexander Bormann and Patrick John .
successes
With their first single "Together" they became known throughout Germany in early 2003. In September 2003 they released their second single Enjoy Your Dreams , which became a club hit in late summer . Her single Enjoy Your Dreams also made it into the German DJ Playlist and stayed in the top 50 for 6 weeks. They were also able to place themselves in the DMC and ODC charts as well as in the DJ top 40.
The single Enjoy Your Dreams was released in November 2003 as a maxi CD and vinyl via ZYX Music across Europe. Her third release Never Let This Record Stop was released in April 2004 via ZYX-Music with remixes by Future Mind and DJ Happy Vibes . Like its predecessors, this number was also successful in the German dance and disco charts. In the Sunshine live listener charts, the number went straight to number 17.
Dissolution and re-establishment
After this last joint production, Alexander Bormann and Patrick John parted ways for the time being. Since then, Alexander Bormann has published several successful productions with his solo project Alex B. , including the Bonnie-Tyler cover I Need A Hero .
In 2008 there was a new edition of the producer duo Alex B. meets John P. Island Of Fate is the name of the joint production, which was released in early June 2008 by their own record label AMJ Records .
