Alex Beaupain
Alex Beaupain (born October 15, 1974 in Besançon , France ) is a French composer and singer-songwriter .
biography
Alex Beaupain is the son of a teacher and a railroad worker. As a child he took piano lessons and sang in a choir. After graduating from school, he studied at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris . He started working as a songwriter for Compagnie Les Ressorts in the 1990s . He has been working as a film composer since 2002 and has been responsible for the music of The Beautiful Girl , The Lovers - From the Burden of Being Happy and the Chanson of Love , among others, for the latter he received his only César as Best Composer , at overall three nominations.
