Alex Oriental Experience

Alex Oriental Experience (AOE) was a band founded in 1973 by the Cologne guitarist Alex Wiska (1950–2011) and existed until 2009, which produced several LPs and CDs and had numerous live performances. In 1985 and 1992 she appeared on the program Rockpalast Nacht .

Music genre

Their music can be described as rock music with oriental influences, which is particularly evident in the choice of instruments, such as the Turkish saz . There are also elements of blues , sometimes boogie or funk .
