Alexander Baustädt

Alexander Baustädt (born March 1, 1828 in Rumbeck , Grafschaft Schaumburg , † October 5, 1905 in Stade ) was a German administrative lawyer, most recently President of the Consistory in Stade.

Life

Baustädt attended the Ernestinum Rinteln and studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg . There he became active in the Corps Hasso-Nassovia in 1849 . In 1852 he became a legal intern in Treysa and Rotenburg an der Fulda. In 1860 he came to Burghaun as a lower court attorney. He was a notary in Hünfeld (1868) and Fulda. In 1880 he became a district judge in Orb . In the following year he switched to church administration and became consistorial councilor in Kassel . In 1885 he was given the chairmanship of the consistory in Stade. In 1886 he received the title of director. In 1896 he became consistorial president. He retired on January 1, 1903.
