Alexander Ikonnikov ( Russian Александр Иконников ., Scientific transliteration Aleksandr Ikonnikov * 1974 in Urzhum in Kirov ) is a Russian writer who primarily on German published .

After studying German, Alexander Ikonnikow worked for a while as a village school teacher and interpreter . He lives in the city of Kirov , about 950 kilometers east of Moscow . His first novel Liska and her men was published in September 2003.
