Alexandre Comisetti (born July 21, 1973 in Saint-Loup ) is a former Swiss football player .

Career

Alexandre Comisetti had his most successful time with Grasshoppers Zurich, with whom he was three times Swiss champion and was able to take part in the then newly founded UEFA Champions League in 1995 and 1996 .

In 1999 he followed the call from abroad. He then worked for the French team AJ Auxerre for three years. In 2001 he moved back to Switzerland, where he signed with the then top team Servette Geneva .

In 2007 he moved to FC Echallens in the 1st league , where he played for a year before ending his career.

National team

Between 1996 and 2001 he played around 30 international matches for the Swiss national football team , including the 1996 European Championship in England.
