Werner Klebert is a delegate of the building conference and will speak about his experiences in the socialist competition during the construction of the industrial cattle fattening facility in Hohen Wangelin , Waren district. Its essential core was to avoid accidents at work and related injuries and absences by requiring order and cleanliness in the workplace . According to his system, there have been no work-related accidents in his construction brigade for 28 years.
