Alfred Wansch

Alfred Wansch (born July 22, 1960 in Gmunden , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian politician of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ). Since 2010 he has been a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council .

Life

After primary school in Steyrermühl, Alfred Wansch attended the Bundesrealgymnasium in Gmunden, where he graduated in 1978 . He then began to study law and economics at the University of Vienna , graduating in 1985 as Mag.iur. from. In 1986 the doctorate followed . From 2006 to 2008 he completed the Executive Master of Business Law course at the University of St. Gallen .

After completing his doctorate, the court year followed in 1986/87 at the District Court of Vienna- Innere Stadt , at the Regional Court for Criminal Matters Vienna and at the Commercial Court of Vienna. After that he was a commercial customer advisor at Zentralsparkasse und Kommerzialbank and from 1989 to 1994 at Kathrein Privatbank , where he was authorized signatory from 1992 and on the board from 1993. From 1994 to 2000 he was an independent consultant in the real estate and financial management sector . After working in a law firm, he worked for ARC business services GmbH in Seibersdorf from 2003 , where he had power of attorney from 2005. From 2006 to 2010 he was an authorized signatory at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT). He has been working as a management consultant since 2014 . Since 2015 he has also been chairman of the board of the Austrian tenant protection association in Vienna .

Wansch is a member of the Vienna academic fraternity Olympia .

politics

Alfred Wansch is a member of the district party leadership of the FPÖ in Vienna- Donaustadt , the provincial party leadership of the FPÖ Vienna and the FPÖ federal party leadership. On November 25, 2010, at the beginning of the 19th electoral term, he was sworn in as a member of the Vienna State Parliament and City Council . In the 20th electoral term he is a member of the City Audit Office Committee, the Incompatibility Committee, the Immunity College, the Monitoring Committee of the Health Care Institution (KFA) of the City of Vienna's employees and the municipal council committees for finances, economics and international affairs, for petitions and citizens' initiatives and for housing, housing and housing Urban renewal.
