This list of the members of the 20th Vienna State Parliament and Municipal Council lists all members of the Vienna State Parliament and Municipal Council in the 20th electoral period (2015 to 2020).

Of the 100 mandates after the Vienna state and municipal council elections in 2015, 44 went to the Social Democratic Party of Austria , 34 to the Freedom Party of Austria , 7 to the Austrian People's Party and 10 to The Greens Vienna . For the first time, the NEOS could also move into the state parliament, which has 5 members.
37 MPs are women, which corresponds to 37 percent women with 100 mandataries. The SPÖ have 19 female mandataries, the FPÖ 7, the Greens 5, the ÖVP 4 and the NEOS 2. Around 57 percent of the ÖVP mandataries are women; with the GREENS it is around 50 percent, with the SPÖ 43 percent, with the NEOS 40 percent and with the FPÖ around 21 percent.
The electoral period began with the inauguration of the state parliament and municipal council on November 24, 2015, and the red-green coalition with the state government of Häupl VI was confirmed in the first state parliament session . Michael Ludwig was elected Mayor on May 24, 2018 and sworn in as Governor of Vienna by Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen on May 29, 2018 ( State Government and City Senate Ludwig ).
In December 2019, Karl Baron , Dietrich Kops and Klaus Handler resigned from the FPÖ and the Town Hall Club. With Die Allianz für Österreich (DAÖ) they founded their own club.
Functions
Landtag President
Harry Kopietz was re-elected as the first president of the state parliament with 58 votes . Veronika Matiasek (FPÖ) , who had previously not been in office, was elected as the new second president of the state parliament with 41 votes, replacing Johann Herzog (FPÖ) in this function. Martin Margulies (Greens) was elected third president of the state parliament with 51 votes, who succeeded Marianne Klicka (SPÖ) in this function.
On May 25, 2018, Ernst Woller was elected President of the State Parliament to succeed Harry Kopietz.
Club chairmen
At the SPÖ, the previous city councilor Christian Oxonitsch was elected as the new head of the SPÖ state parliament on November 18, 2015. In this function, he replaced Rudolf Schicker . On April 24, 2018, Christian Oxonitsch announced his resignation as SPÖ club chairman. In June 2018 Josef Taucher was elected as his successor as SPÖ club chairman in Vienna, and Taucher Oxonitsch succeeded him in this position in September 2018.
Manfred Juraczka , who resigned as chairman of the Vienna ÖVP after the election , resigned as a non-executive city councilor and became the new ÖVP club chairman ; After half of the legislative period, he handed over this function on June 5, 2018 to Elisabeth Olischar , who was newly elected to the municipal council in November 2015 . Juraczka succeeded Fritz Aichinger in this function .
At the FPÖ, Dominik Nepp succeeded Johann Gudenus as the new club chairman , Beate Meinl-Reisinger was the club boss of NEOS, which was first drafted into the Viennese state parliament , and David Ellensohn retained the position of club chairman for the Greens . In December 2017, Anton Mahdalik was designated as the successor to Dominik Nepp as club chairman of the Wiener Freiheitlichen.
On July 5, 2018, Christoph Wiederkehr was presented as the successor to Beate Meinl-Reisinger as NEOS Vienna club boss; on September 27, 2018, he took over the club chairmanship in the town hall.
