This list of members of the Vienna State Parliament and members of the Vienna City Council (14th electoral term) lists all the members of the Vienna State Parliament and City Council in the 14th electoral term. The state parliament and the municipal council were constituted on December 9, 1987, the dissolution after 50 municipal council meetings and 34 state parliament meetings took place on September 12, 1991. After the state and municipal council elections in 1987 , 62 (58) of the 100 mandates went to the SPÖ , 30 (24th) ) to the ÖVP and 8 (1) to the FPÖ (the number of basic mandates in brackets). After the inauguration, the state parliament elected the state government Zilk II .

Functions

Landtag President

Fritz Hofmann (SPÖ) held the office of 1st President of the State Parliament at the beginning of his term of office. Hofmann was replaced on March 1, 1991 by his party colleague Eveline Andrlik . 2. The President of the State Parliament was initially Gertrude Stiehl (SPÖ). After Stiehl left the state parliament on December 15, 1989, Eveline Andrlik took over the office of 2nd state parliament president on that day. After Andrlik rose to the position of 1st President of the State Parliament, Ernst Outolny (SPÖ) took over as 2nd President of the State Parliament on March 1, 1991 . The second President of the Landtag was initially ÖVP MP Manfried Welan , who was replaced on November 27, 1990 by Wolfgang Petrik .

Chairman of the municipal council

The office of first, second, fourth and fifth chairman was assigned to the SPÖ, the office of third and sixth chairman of the local council to the ÖVP. First chairman of the municipal council was Gerhard Lustig , who was replaced by Eveline Andrlik after leaving the council on December 16, 1988 . After her election as the 2nd President of the State Parliament, Ernst Outolny moved up on December 15, 1989 , who was replaced by Herbert Dinhof after his election as the 2nd President of the State Parliament . Eveline Andrlik had initially been the second chairman of the municipal council; she was replaced by Ernst Outolny on December 16, 1988, and Herbert Dinhof succeeded him on December 15, 1989, and Herta Slabina was appointed second chairman after he was elected first. The office of the third chairman of the local council was initially taken over by ÖVP member Karl Daller , followed on October 30, 1989 by Johannes Prochaska , who was replaced by Eva Petrik after his election as club chairman . The fourth chairman of the municipal council was Ernst Outolny, from December 16, 1988 Herbert Dinhof and from December 15, 1989 Erik Hanke . The 5th chairman was Herbert Dinhof, from December 16, 1988 Erik Hanke, from December 15, 1989 Herta Slabina and from March 1, 1991 Hans Brosch . The sixth chairman was Heinz Wöber , who was replaced by Peter Mayr on December 14, 1990 .

Club chairmen

The function of club chairman in the SPÖ was initially held by Hannes Swoboda , who was replaced by Karl Svoboda after his election to the city council on June 21, 1988 . Within the ÖVP, Günther Goller took over the office of club chairman, after divorcing the state parliament on October 29, 1990, Johannes Prochaska was elected his successor the following day. Erwin Hirnschall was club chairman in the FPÖ .

After the municipal council was constituted, the deputies formed eleven permanent committees. Committees became the subject areas

Nine MPs from the SPÖ, four MPs from the ÖVP and one politician from the FPÖ were represented in the committees. The standing committee, the incompatibility committee and the immunity college also existed. The three institutions each had six SPÖ and three ÖVP members. In addition, eight temporary commissions met during the term of office of the municipal council.
