Anton Mahdalik , also Toni Mahdalik , (born September 22, 1966 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian football player , politician ( FPÖ ) and was a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council from 2005 to 2015 . From November 2015 to January 2018 he was not an executive city councilor, since January 25, 2018 he has again been a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council.

Act

Anton Mahdalik attended elementary school in Halirschgasse ( Hernals ) and high school in Geblergasse. After graduating from high school, Mahdalik studied English and American studies at the University of Vienna . He was a professional footballer at the Vienna Sports Club and had various employment relationships in the private sector. Since 1996 he has been a press, planning, traffic and environmental officer in the Freedom State Parliament Club.

Mahdalik was district councilor from 1998 and FPÖ club chairman in the Danube city from 2001 to 2005 . In the 2005 elections he won a basic mandate in the Danube city and was sworn in on November 18, 2005 as a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council. Mahdalik was aircraft noise spokesman for FPÖ Vienna.

On November 24, 2015, he was sworn in as a non-executive city councilor by the state government and city senate of Häupl VI . In December 2017 he was designated as the successor to Dominik Nepp as club chairman of the Wiener Freiheitliche. Since January 25, 2018, he has again been a member of the Vienna State Parliament and a member of the Vienna City Council.

Anton Mahdalik is married and has one son.
