Ali Bujsaim

Ali Mohamed Bujsaim ( Arabic علي محمد بو جسيم Ali Muhammad Bu Jusaim , DMG ʿAlī Muḥammad Bū Ǧusaym ; * 9. September 1959 in Dubai ) is a former FIFA - football referee from the United Arab Emirates .

He actively participated in the soccer world championships in 1994 , 1998 and 2002 . He conducted his most important game on May 31, 2002 at the opening game of the 17th World Cup in South Korea / Japan between defending champions France and Senegal .
