Ali Eren Beşerler (born October 25, 1975 in Ankara ) is a former Turkish football player .

Club career

Ali Eren Beşerler started his career at Gençlerbirliği Ankara . There he played for three years and moved to the traditional club Beşiktaş Istanbul in October 1997 . In his first season for Beşiktaş, he won the Turkish Football Cup with the team . Beşerler celebrated his first and only championship at the end of the 2002/03 season. Beşiktaş was champion in the 100th anniversary year before Galatasaray. After the end of the season, he left Istanbul after six years. From then on, the defender played for Çaykur Rizespor , Kocaelispor , Akçaabat Sebatspor , Altay Izmir , Sivasspor and Turgutluspor .

Ali Eren Beşerler ended his career early at the age of 32.

National team

Ali Eren Beşerler made his debut for Turkey on June 5, 1999 in the European Championship qualifier against Finland. Overall he came to 6 international matches. He was not nominated for the squad for the 2000 European Football Championship .

Coaching career

Beşerler has been a trainer since 2010. His first stop was Üsküdar Anadolu 1908 SK . He started out as an assistant coach and was promoted to head coach in August 2010. Most recently he was a coach at Kırıkhanspor .
