Ali Mroudjaé

Ali Mroudjaé (born August 2, 1939 - May 2, 2019 in Moroni ) was a Comorian politician and Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Comoros .

Life

Ali Mroudjaé attended the École normal supérieure Lettres et sciences humaines in Lyon . After a coup by Bob Denard (1929–2007), which brought Ahmed Abdallah to government, Mroudjaé became Foreign Minister in 1978. In this position he worked until he became Prime Minister on February 8, 1982 as a member of the Comorian Union for Progress party . He held this office until December 31, 1984. In 2002 he stood for election again, but only achieved 4.2%.
