Alice Maxine Cook (born November 30, 1955 in Lansing , Michigan ) is a former American figure skater .

Cook competed in pair skating with William Fauver . Together they competed at the national championships in 1975. They took 5th place. A year later they became runner-up. This qualified them for the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck . In these they reached rank 12. Also in 1976 they competed at the World Championships in Gothenburg . They finished the pair skating in 9th place. A year later, in Tokyo in 1977 , they finished 12th.

Cook graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a degree in history and communication . She later worked as a sports reporter for local Boston broadcasters as well as for ESPN . For this she received several awards from the television industry.
