Tim Stegerer (born July 18, 1988 in Saarbrücken ) is a German soccer player who is currently under contract with FC 08 Homburg .

Career

The midfielder from Sankt Arnual played for the first team of VfR Saarbrücken as a 17-year-old , before joining SV Auersmacher in 2008 . For the 2012/13 season , Stegerer then moved to 1. FC Saarbrücken , where he signed a contract until the end of June 2014.

There Tim Stegerer was mainly signed for the second team, but after a very good preparation on the 1st matchday of the 3rd league against VfB Stuttgart II (1-0) he was in the starting line-up of the professional team of 1. FC Saarbrücken . On his professional debut, the 24-year-old was on the pitch for a full 90 minutes.

Stegerer has been playing for FC 08 Homburg since the 2014/15 season . With the team he won the Saarland Cup in 2016 .
