Alissa Georgievna Koonen
Alisa Koonen ( Russian Алиса Георгиевна Коонен , even Alice Coonen ; born October 5 . Jul / 17th October 1889 greg. In Moscow ; † 20th August 1974 ibid) was a Russian actress and wife of director Alexander Tairov .
Koonen grew up in Moscow in a family from Belgium . As a 16-year-old she was in contact with the Chekhov Art Theater in Moscow and worked with Konstantin Sergejewitsch Stanislavski . As a 19-year-old she first played a leading role as Mytyl in the play L'Oiseau bleu (1908) by Maurice Maeterlinck . She also played Masha in Leo Tolstoy's The Living Corpse and Anitra in Ibsen's Peer Gynt .
